Chabichou du Poitou cheese is from the world-class Poitou-Charantes region. This raw goats milk cheese has a sweet and delicate taste, with amazing balance between the acidity and salty flavors. As the cheese ages, it becomes savory, piquant and nutty. The cheese was awarded the AOP designation in 1990. (Appellation d'Origine Protégée).
