Chaource cheese is a soft cheese made from cow's milk in the village of Chaource, France. This AOP (Appellation d'Origine Protégée) pasteurized, triple-creme cheese is soft, creamy and a little bit crumbly texture. Cured in-house for four months allows the cheese to become very rich and tart.
