Decadent Iberico chorizo is made from pork of the famous black-hoofed Iberico pig, native to Spain. The dark red hue comes from the flavourful smoked paprika added to the sausage. Marbled with flavorful fats, it starts to melt at room temperature, making this one of the most unique and outstanding cured meats in our counter.
